The Falmouth Road Race 2020

The 2020 Falmouth Road Race will be held, as usual, on the third Sunday - August 16th.  We have applyied for official non-profit status for the 2020 running.  Part of the application process is to indicate the number of bibs we'd like, and this year we've applied for 50 bibs!  We're taking names for a waiting list, so if you or someone you know would like to join our team, please contact our FRR Team Coordinator, Kelly Newcomb or the Foundation at your earliest convenience.  New team members are welcome and encouraged.

The Falmouth Road Race 2019

The inaugural run for The Hannon Foundation's Run Team was the 2019 Falmouth Road Race which was held on Sunday, August 18th.  Future road races and training runs are being planned.  Interested in joining our team?  Email us at    #THFrunTeamRun

This amazing team of runners together raised over $11,000 through various methods and they all did their part in spreading the news about THF and the wonderful things this Foundation has been able to accomplish in a few short years.

The Hannon Foundation has been accepted into the Falmouth Road Race Numbers for Nonprofits program this year and we'll be launching our fundraising campaign in mid-March.  Runners who have registered with team captain Kelly Newcomb will be contacted soon.  And contact Kelly if you'd like to run with our team - we're still open!

Team Members on the Run

October was a busy month for some THF Running Team members.  Kelly and Kyle Newcomb ran a half marathon on October 13th in support of Progeria Research, a foundation near and dear to their hearts.

On Sunday October 20th, Jillian Ashburn ran the Boston Firefighter's 10K Memorial Road Race.  This race was established to memorialize the brave members of the Boston Fire Department who courageously gave their lives while fulfilling their duty for the citizens of Boston.  Jill was encouraged along the race by her biggest fan Remi!
